Arnold has almost 30 years of experience in business and not-for-profit organisations, is multilingual and has an international focus. Since 1997 he has been operating on Board level (COO and CEO) in Europe (Netherlands, Belgium and Germany), US (Boston, Massachusetts) and in Australia (WA, QLD, NSW and VIC). He is an experienced manager, leader and strategist. His strength is in developing organisations often with an innovative approach. He is on the Board of Alzheimers Australia WA since 2012, is founding Chairman of Spacecubed and is on the Advisory Board of WA Museum. In 2009, Arnold became the Honorary Consul of The Netherlands to WA. As the Consul he represents The Netherlands in Western Australia and actively supports the economic development, the collaboration between the universities and the mutual cultural heritage of both countries. Arnold is in weekly contact with The Netherlands and has first hand experience in Buurtzorg operations. Arnold is a leading consultant in Australia in Buurtzorg operations and the necessary transition methodology to Buurtzorg for existing organisations in Australia.
Brett has over a decade worth of NFP and charity experience at senior management level and brings a wide variety of skills to the table. As a qualified accountant and holding numerous business master level degrees, Brett brings creative ideas and solutions to existing problems. Developing practical and effective solutions are often deemed is greatest skill set. But with skills in relationship management and a technical background, clients receive a wonderful and rewarding experience with their projects. With many changes happening within disability and aged care sectors, the Buurtzorg model has been a focus point in recent years. With information and contact direct from The Netherlands, Brett is well versed in modern outputs and tips in Buurtzorg operations. With previous executive and consultant experience in financial management TQM and ERP integrations. Microsoft Dynamics experienced involving end to end implementation processes. Brett has extensive experience in strategy development, business performance development, change management, ERP & payroll integration management, relationship development and business unit integrations. Brett is skilled in training and education delivery to business and individuals focusing on accounting, motivational performance, organisational behaviour, Buurtzorg modelling, financial output and client centered theories.
